Please join the LAP for a CLE program on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at the Jefferson County Public Law Library, 514 West Liberty Street, Louisville, Kentucky. The topic is "Ethics & ESI" and our speaker will be Dr. Andy Cobb, partner at One Source Discovery.

As always, LAP CLEs are free for LAP members. The LAP encourages non-members to attend this program for a registration fee of $10. Attorneys are also invited to attend and will receive free registration if accompanied by a LAP member paralegal.
Dr. Cobb’s talk will dig into the intersection of electronically stored information (ESI) and ethics. What obligations do parties handling ESI have - whether they are working with transactions or litigation? What does it mean to "properly" handle ESI and why should we care? There are ESI traps to avoid - we'll discuss a few of them. Dr. Cobb currently serves as Partner at One Source Discovery, a local, full service eDiscovery firm. He developed the strict procedures used during forensic collections and analysis to ensure accuracy, verifiability and repeatability, and he is the creator of BlackBox, the patented remote forensic collection software tool.
Attendees are welcome to bring a lunch or a box lunch may be pre-ordered with registration for $12.00 (including drink).
