The LAP will be holding an education seminar at the Bristol Bar & Grille on the life of a company, from formation to growth, through expansion and acquisition, to the final winding up and dissolution of the entity. The program will cover the corporate filings that accompany each stage in the life of a company with a brief review of other registrations, such as tax registrations and business licenses.
The speaker will be Teri Mayor, VP Product Management, National Corporate Research, Ltd. Lunch will be provided.
The seminar qualifies for 1.0 hours of KPACC CLE credit for CKPs and is FREE to LAP Members and $15 for Non-Members. MEMBERS REMEMBER TO LOGIN BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE SEMINAR.
